Problem:

A significant portion of Act Up Sis proceeds will go to SisterSong which is a Southern based, national membership organization; our purpose is to build an effective network of individuals and organizations to improve institutional policies and systems that impact the reproductive lives of marginalized communities.

Solution:

We know that we are nothing with the countless Black women who continue to suffer under the current policy of the Supreme Court. We must continue to support non-profit orgs like Sister Song who are showing up for underserved Black women in the South. You can’t “Act Up Sis” with taking action. So, this is my call to action to you to support Black women in need.
